Terms of Service
The terms for using Metaspry — the extension, the web app, and paid plans.

These terms govern your use of Metaspry: the free Chrome extension, the web app at app.metaspry.com, and any paid plan. By using Metaspry you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
The service
Metaspry audits a page’s SEO and social meta tags, previews how it renders across platforms, and (on paid plans) syncs your scans, runs bulk audits, and monitors pages for drift. The extension is free. Paid plans (Pro and Team) add the cloud features described on the pricing page.
We may change, add, or remove features. We’ll avoid breaking paid features you rely on without notice where we reasonably can.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be able to form a binding contract to buy a paid plan. Don’t use Metaspry to break the law, abuse other sites, or scan pages you have no right to scan.
Acceptable use
Don’t: resell or redistribute the service, attempt to bypass plan limits or billing, overload the infrastructure, scrape the service itself, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Manage billing in your profile); access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no free trials — the free extension is the way to try Metaspry before paying. Taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy. For refund requests, contact hello@metaspry.com.
Team plans are licensed per workspace with a seat count. Each Team workspace is its own subscription.
Your content
Your scans, tasks, monitored URLs, and workspace data are yours. We process them to provide the service (see the Privacy policy). You grant us only the rights needed to run Metaspry for you. You can delete your data by deleting the relevant workspace or contacting us.
Availability and warranty
Metaspry is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Audit scores and recommendations are guidance, not guarantees of search ranking or AI citation. We don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaspry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@metaspry.com.
