Team workspaces
Shared workspaces with owner / member / viewer roles - scans, folders, and scoring rules your whole team works from.
Team workspaces are part of the Team plan. They turn Metaspry from a personal tool into a shared one: a single workspace where scans, saved folders, custom scoring rules, and monitored URLs live for the whole team instead of in one person’s account.
Roles
Each member of a workspace has a role:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything - manage the workspace, billing, members, and all content. |
| Member | Run scans, organize folders, edit shared content within the workspace. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to the workspace’s scans and reports. Viewers are free - they don’t count against your paid seats. |
What’s shared
Within a workspace, the team works from the same:
- Scan history - everyone sees the workspace’s scans, not just their own.
- Saved folders - organize scans into folders the whole team can use.
- Custom scoring rules - one set of scoring rules per workspace, so everyone audits to the same standard.
- Monitored URLs - drift monitoring pins are shared across the workspace.
Seats and pricing
The Team plan includes 3 seats, with additional seats at a per-seat rate. Viewers are free and unlimited, so you can give stakeholders read-only access without buying seats for them.
